my ipod was stuck wit a itune sign and a usb ,when i plug in pc it say u need to unlock password first can help?

my ipod screwed up a few months ago i had given up all hope and was ready to buy a new one lol until i clicked on this link my brother was in car ready to take me ultil i found this vid… watched it tried at woahllaaaaaaaa OMG ty dude oh adn guys out there dun jail break ur ipod it makes it lag and it fux it up like mine honestly i was so depreesed the first few day it screwed up just enjoy free games or buy ur games

this did not help at all. after letting go of both buttons after the apple logo apeared, it went straight back to the plug into itunes screen. my ipod. is . DOOMED.
