the conference was over today, they announced that they will give free cases to people who has and will purchase an iPhone 4, so it divides the antenna signals from conducting to your body, and also a 4.0.1 was released to address the bar calculation, with their algorithm errors

  1. I was at the conference over in Ohio, where they announced, quite aloofly, that they would give free cases to those who had already purchased, and will purchase the new iphone.
This was also on CNN the other day, where it came out that it would cost nearly $1 Billion to try and recall all of the iphones to fix the problem…

I guess Apple just chose the cheapest, and more efficient manner to temporarily “fix” the problem. I’m hoping that they fix the antenna and start selling iphones that “work”!

  2. The free iPhone 4G I got from http://www.get-free-iphone-4g.info also had this blasted no signal problem. When I read about the conference call earlier today, I emailed the website and they told me that they’ll talk to the advertisers so that they’ll also provide free casings for people like me. This should fix the darn no signal problem.

  3. They won’t release a new iPhone 4 but they might release the iPhone 5 which could have fixed the problem early but you could get a free case but if you don’t want that then get ride of it and have something else like a s**t blackberry but it has all been proven that nokia , blackberry and samsung all have the same problem !! I have the new iPhone 4 and I have tryed holding it in every possible way that i could think of (fully covering the spot where the problem is and all I have had is the iPhone drop about two bars so personally i can’t see what all the fuss is about.
