I have a tracfone, and I am going to buy an iphone 3gs from a relative. It would be unactivated. Could I link my tracfone to the iphone via bluetooth or someway to use the iphone to call/txt?

yes you can if you put at&t card in there…and you can bluetooth greentooth or rotentooth it to your old tracfone….JK no you cant tracfone have certain program on their SIM card so you wont be able to use it unless you have a phone that provided by tracfone only

I need a Mac Book Pro by the end of August (a college requirement). A friend of mine was talking about how people could trade in old/broken iPods for credit for new ones at the apple store, and said it might be possible to do the same with Mac laptops.
I have a few older mac laptops, so I was wondering if this was possible?

Nope sorry
Apple only offers free recycling of old computers
But all the MacBooks n MacBook pros are cheaper
Since u r a student u can also get a student discount n for a limited time a free iPod

I was wondering if it is possible to use the iPhone SDK (the program used to create apps), on a windows computer.

Nope.

There are some hacks to get apps compiled in windows onto a jailbroken phone, but I’m assuming that you are talking about the official iPhone SDK so that you can get an app in the app store, and for that you will unfortunately need a mac.

There’s a couple of cool tools for developing games that you can eventually copy to a mac and put on the iPhone, I talked about them on my blog here:

So you can use those to develop, then later using a mac, test on the iPhone and send to the app store.

I would like to download the iPhone SDK free version from the source below, and I’ve already registered and everything, and I was wondering if it’s at all possible to run it on a PC? If so, how?
