Question by Julio: My iphone touch pad keeps active to any contact of my face when I am on a call?
My iphone touch pad keeps active to any touch of my face. And when I am on a call, several things happen like a call drop, mute or speaker button touched, and so forth.
What can I do to keep the touch pad inactive when I have the phone close to my face on a call?

Put it on speaker, or keep it slightly off of your face. I had the same problem, but it seems to have fixed itself if you keep it steady or your face.

The front face of the phone shoud have a proximity sensor that tells the display when its against ur face so it knows to deactivate! It could be dirty so give the screen a good polish…screen protectors can get in the way…or it could jut be faulty, if ur phone is still under warranty it might be worth sending it in to see if they can find the root of the problem! Hope this helps!
