Could someone please explain to me how to download images to my wallpaper on Iphone. Very frustrating thanks.

sync them from ure comp.
Copy the image you want into My Photos in My Documents. Then simply sync, and it will copy the images into Photos then Photo Library. You can then assign the image as a wallpaper. Good luck!
