Rapid Mobile Application Development in today’s iphone technology

Rapid Mobile Application Development in today’s iphone technology

The multimedia enabled Smartphone called iphone has conquered different parts of the world with its stylish cool design and extraordinary functional features. The iphone Mobile Application Development industries are in a great demand with the increasing growth of iphones in market. It is expected to grow up to 10% in the year 2010.Nowadays’ people are running crazy behind the newly developed iphone applications. Day by day new iphone applications are popping out in the market. This is the reason the iphone development is increasing steadily without any hindrance.

I have seen many business entreprenuers, who are looking forward for selecting best iphone Mobile Application Development companies. These entrepreneurs have great ideas about iphone applications but they are unable to develop by their own. Not only businessmen many of us have knowledgeable ideas, but because of lack of time and other issues can’t work on it. In that case, in my opinion without wasting time it’s better to hire iphone developers who will help them to convert their fruitful ideas to successful applications.

Nowadays you might have noticed many iphone Mobile Application Development companies are popping out like mushrooms, but it’s difficult to choose a good one. As with all new electronic hardware like mobile phones, there is new software too. The fourth generation of iPhone is no exception as it adds more and more new Mobile Application Development technology that blows the competition out of the water. This latest version features high quality cameras that not only provide exceptional recording capabilities, but also provide the option to video call other iPhone 4 users. This video calling has been attempted before, but during the iPhone development, it was integrated and will no doubt resurrect video calling again.

The Cameras

The iPhone Mobile Application Development 4 has two high-quality cameras; a user-facing VGA camera for use with Face Time and a rear-facing, 5 megapixel camera with an LED flash. The latter allows for high-quality video to be recorded at 720p, which is excellent for a mobile phone device. Furthermore, it’s recorded at 30 frames per second, so the high definition quality is very thorough. These videos can also be transferred to social networks and to various locations across the web.

iPhone Technology: Access Gmail in iPhone Mail

iPhone Technology: Access Gmail in iPhone Mail

I would like to know how to configure my Apple iPhone so that I can check my Google Gmail messages whenever I’d like. What’s the best way to do this?

Answer:

Turns out that there are two different avenues you can use to access your Gmail, and, unfortunately, each of them has its problems at this point in the evolution of the iPhone software and system.

The first way is simply to go to np-80 battery Gmail via the Safari browser, which has the huge advantage that you’re guaranteed to be in sync with the Web version of Gmail because, well, because it is the Web version of Gmail. The problem, however, is that it will quickly be clear that Gmail/web isn’t designed for the display characteristics of the iPhone and it lays out awkwardly, the text is way too small by default, and it’s tedious to keep resizing text to make things readable.

The other way, of course, is to use iPhone Mail and configure it for your Gmail account. Here’s how you can do that (but keep reading so I can explain the positive and negative of this approach too, please).

If you haven’t yet configured any vostro a860 Battery mailboxes, going to Mail (the blue icon on the bottom row in the home position) will bring up a set of different email systems that are supported by iPhone Mail. If not, you can also go to Settings –> Mail –> Add Account… and get here too:

Click on the cheery “Gmail” graphic and you’ll see:

Enter your own account information as you would any other iPhone app:

When you’re done, it’ll check for email then show you your current inbox (sort of):

Click on an individual message and you’ll see it displayed, ads and all:

Even here, you can see that the message is displayed rather tiny (versus how iPhone Mail displays regular messages from a standard POP or IMAP account). More significantly, however, accessing Google’s Gmail through iPhone Mail means that you are using the POP interface to Gmail, which means that you don’t get any message threading (which some people would view as a feature, I’m sure), but you also get all sorts of old junk that is sitting in your Gmail inbox, sent mail folder, and related.

A week later it’s still sucking up ancient messages from my own Gmail account and try as I might, I still have over 200 “unread” messages in my Inspiron 6400 AC adapter Gmail box, messages that are from 2006 and before.

At this point in time, I don’t see that either of these two solutions is particularly attractive, but since I had — and really liked — the special mobile version of Gmail that was available for my Blackberry Pearl, I imagine that it’s only a matter of a few weeks or months before a separate Gmail application is available for us iPhone users, an application that will offer threading and, most importantly, will automatically stay in sync with the Gmail mailbox.

what is the difference in the iphone now and the iphone with 3g technology?

Question by dave: what is the difference in the iphone now and the iphone with 3g technology?
and should i wait for the 3g iphone

Best answer:

Answer by runFunning
the current iPhone uses EDGE which is the internet at roughly twice dial up speeds… fairly slow for today’s modern webpages ( but not obnoxious )

3G is closer to broadband speeds you get at home… so the web pages load much faster… about 1-3 seconds as opposed to EDGEs 5-20seconds

sure wait for it… it’ll give you time to save some money… and an excuse as to why you haven’t purchased one yet…

any idea when the 3G will be coming out? well, it sounded like a good plan 🙂

Reveal Case for iPhone 4 from Griffin Technology (Review)

The Reveal for the iPhone 4 is from Griffin Technology. It is a light-weight case consisting essentially of a rubber frame and polycarbonate back shell. The case provides protection of the power and volume buttons, in addition to the back of the case. The case is similar to Apple’s Bumper case, but somewhat improved with an all rubber design and back protection. One flaw in the case is the LED flash cutout, however, I offer a DIY fix. Available in back or white for .99. www.griffintechnology.com Looking for more iPhone 4 videos? Check out my iPhone 4 playlist: www.youtube.com

How iPad Technology and iPhone Apps Expand Liberty

Got a pothole? There’s an app for that. Need a medical marijuana dispensary? There’s an app for that, too. Reason.tv’s Ted Balaker sat down with Matt Harrison and Justin Hartfield of the Prometheus Institute to discuss how new technology can expand liberty. Harrison and Hartfield are the creators of the Do-it-Yourself Democracy iPhone application, which allows users to expose government waste, organize protests, or simply hector officials into finally fixing a long-neglected pothole. Hartfield is also the creator of WeedMaps.com, a site and iPhone app that locates medical marijuana dispensaries and allows users to interact with other medical marijuana patients. Other topics include: Revamping classic libertarian books with iPad technology and how Steve Jobs manages to be both an uber-capitalist and a progressive hero. Interview by Ted Balaker. Shot by Alex Manning, Hawk Jensen, and Paul Detrick. Edited by Paul Detrick. Music: “Get What You Want?” by Beight (Magnatune Records). Just under 10 minutes.
