  2. it’s not a “real” emulator.. it only runs apps written in Xcode. you can not use apps that have been download via itunes as they aren’t designed to run on this. the ipod/iphone uses a different CPU, and different architecture, which the apps on itunes are written to use, and which this “emulator” does not actually emulator. It’s a simulator to test the apps you’ve written to test functionality and see what they look and how they will behave.

  3. is it jailbrakeable? im looking for an emulator that is, so that i can tweek the new iphone 4 firmware. anyone know of one? NEEDS to run the Apple firmware.

  4. i don’t know if you figured it out yet but japanese keyboards work kind of differently (as they need to type english characters as well) so you need to press a certain key combination to enable japanese back n forth.
