How to code apps for iPhone SDK?

Question by Jack Z: How to code apps for iPhone SDK?
I was wondering if there are any books or sites for someone to learn coding for the iPhone SDK, i have no experience with any form of coding so something that is for beginners. Thanks!

My advice: Start smaller than the iPhone. Objective-C (The language of the iPhone and Mac) is a bit complicated for a beginner. Try starting with Java, its pretty simple and there are tutorials on the internet. Once you master that, then you can move to harder things like Objective-C for the iPhone.

I’m feeling warm and fuzzy about Apple’s support. My iPhone’s sleep/wake button stopped working last week, resulting in errant calls from my pocket and quickly discharged batteries. One call to Apple iPhone support, and they fedexed this box with a temporary unit to use while mine is repaired. Nice!

Ironically, all of these ‘return’ shots were taken using my defective iPhone, proving they’re even handy when busted. Aw yeah.

I just got an iphone 3g and I got so excited that i filled it with loads of applications and songs (about $ 30 worth). The other day when i plugged my iphone into the computer on itunes it said to reset the iphone to factory settings. I dont want to loose all my apps so what can i do? PLEASE REPLY A.S.A.P.
