Question by qandasker: Do PA residents have to pay sales tax on an iPhone bought in Delaware?

*** Edited: Just wanted to add that I live about 10 minutes from the state line, so it’s not like I’m driving any great length to buy it. Just wondering if it is worth the extra 10 miles to save 30 bucks or whatever….

Technically, you’d owe a use tax to PA.
