I dont want an at&t contract, could i buy an at&t iphone off ebay and then buy a at&t sim to go with it? what are my options?

Buy the phone without a contract (at Apple or AT&T) and then get month to month service.

Well a lot of phones do this.
Try a blackberry, palm treos, blackjack, moto q, sidekicks, and a lot of other phones. Basically, on a cellphone carriers website, each phone listed in the “PDA & Smartphone” section will have the capability. Hope you get a good phone that you like.
